Obituary for Cindy L. Sipes (Bower)

Cindy L. Sipes, 61, of Narvon, died Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Phoenixville Hospital, after a brief illness.
Born in Berwick, she was a daughter of Robert Bower and the late Ruby (Mowery) Bower. She was married 38 years on January 1 to Joseph I. Sipes, Jr.
Cindy was a homemaker and attended Gospel Tabernacle.
Surviving in addition to her husband and father are three sons, Rocky Bower, Joey (Patty) Sipes, and Michael (Peggy) Sipes; eight grandchildren; and a brother, Dale (Nancy) Bower.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, www.seasonsfoundation.org. I was a big part of this family for many years Cindy hope u know I never stopped loving u or Joe the things u did for me like christmas every year was something I'll never forget. I don't regret the family I married into unfortunately the man was my mistake getting married felt wrong however I ignored it. I'm so sorry we lost touch however know I never will or have forgotten the wonderful lady u were and awesome mother in law. So until ur son decides to divorse me I'll where Bower name in ur honor R.I.P I hope there a sharp shopper in heaven. Love ,ur Daughter in law Mrs. Cheyenne Bower

Cindy will be missed by all that knew her, she was a really sweet person. Her family was always the topic of conversation when she came into the bank. She loved you all very much and it showed by her conversation. I really enjoyed getting to know her thru the bank. My heart and prayers go out to you all.
