Obituary for Mary R. Weaver
Mary R. Weaver, 68, of Ephrata, died Monday, March 11, 2019 at Fairmount Home. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Irvin M. Weaver.
Born in Ephrata Twp., she was the daughter of the late Elam G. and Lillian (Redcay) Martin.
Mary was a homemaker who enjoyed doing embroidery and painting with liquid embroidery.
She was a member of Bowmansville Mennonite Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by four siblings: Alvin married to Shirley Martin, New Holland, Leon married to Sandy Martin, Denver, Liz married to Paul Keller, Myerstown, and Irene married to Brian Witmer, Ephrata and a sister-in-law Kathy Martin, Willow Street.
She was preceded in death by three brothers: Solomon married to Mildred Martin, Raymond Martin and Mervin Martin, and a brother-in-law Adam Horst.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Bowmansville Mennonite Church, 129 Pleasant Valley Rd., East Earl. A viewing will be held at the church on Sunday from 6 – 8 p.m. and Monday from 9 – 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Fairmount Home Sharing Fund, 333 Wheat Ridge Dr., Ephrata, PA 17522.
