Albert M. Kramer, 79, of Ephrata, died Friday, January 27, 2023, at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Claire M. (Maguire) Kramer.
Born in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Alphonse C. and Berniece A. (Nakutis) Kramer.
In addition to his wife, Al is survived by two sons: Darren Kramer, Swoyersville, PA and Jeffrey, married to Melissa Kramer, Ephrata, four grandchildren: Olivia, Sophia, Cole and Ava, a brother William C. Kramer, married to Barbara, Cannonsburg, PA, and extended family and friends.
Al was an appliance sales professional for many years with Martin Appliance and, more recently, Miele, Inc. After his professional retirement, Al kept active as a porter for Turner Buick GMC in New Holland.
Al enjoyed fishing, camping, reading and Sudoku puzzles. What made him happiest was being with his grandchildren and walking Quinn, his dog and constant companion.
During the Vietnam Era, he served in the United Sates Air Force
